Who we are
Radico Khaitan Finance Limited was incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 as a private limited company in the name of “Khaitan Financial Enterprises Private Limited”, vide Company Incorporation No. 55-19092 dated 10 September 1984, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Subsequently, by a special resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting, the company became a public limited company and its name was changed to “Khaitan Financial Enterprises Limited”. By a further special resolution at an EGM, the name was changed to “Radico Khaitan Finance Limited”.
The company came out with its initial public offering and obtained listing on BSE, DSE, JPSE and ASE. Presently, the company is listed on the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE).
